Workout Wrap-UP

This weeks workouts were pretty decent with the highlight being the the Hershey 10k on Sunday.  I tried to take it a little easy because I wanted to be well rested for the race.  My workouts were definitely lighter than normal but I think it paid off because I felt amazing on Sunday morning!


  • Monday – Rest Day
  • Tuesday – 2 mile run
  • Wednesday – Bootcamp Workout A
  • Thursday – 30 minutes on the stationary bike
  • Friday – Rest Day
  • Saturday – Bootcamp Workout B
  • Sunday – Hershey 10k

This week I’m looking forward to running a little more and going all out on my strength training workouts.  Here’s my plan for this week:

  • Monday – Bootcamp Workout C
  • Tuesday – 2 mile run
  • Wednesday – Bootcamp Workout D
  • Thursday – 3 mile run
  • Friday – Rest Day
  • Saturday – Bootcamp Workout A
  • Sunday – 5 mile run
