Thursday I posted about taking a short break from running due to a foot issue.  Well, my foot feels better and I was even able to get in a short run after my workout this morning!  Yeah!!

Right now I am in the thick of tax season at work, this upcoming week will be my busiest week of the year.  I will be taking a short break from blogging (and working out) this week as my days will be 70% consumed by work, 20% consumed by family and 10% consumed by sleep. 

Just wanted to give everyone a fair warning that I will be M.I.A for just a few days.  I’m not looking forward to working the extra hours but it’s what’s expected of me this time of year.
