When cooked well, tilapia is one of my favorite dishes! We picked up some tilapia at the store today but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to with it. I did a quick search of my starred posts in Google Reader and came across Jessica’s Easy Baked Parmesan Tilapia.
I modified the recipe only slightly – I used Italian seasoning blend instead of thyme and I halved the recipe because I was making it for just the hubs and I. I’m not going to repost the recipe (head over to the original post for that) but I will post my photos of the prep process.
The tilapia was delicious!! I will definitely repeat this dish again. I would love to try it with some other cheeses too!
Breakfast:
Protein overnight oats with frozen blueberries and a large mug of coffee.
AM Snack:
Mochaccino protein powder mixed with water
Lunch:
Lemon Chobani with granola, half of an apple with Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter.
PM Snack:
Larabar
Dinner:
Tilapia, couscous, sautéed zucchini
